Senam dilakuka<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">n pertama kali oleh orang-orang Yunani kuno, waktu itu senam digunakan sebagai gerak dalam ritual keagamaan untuk menyembah Dewa Zeus. Seiring berkembangnya jaman, senam tidak lagi digunakan sebagai ritual keagamaan, namun digunak<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">an sebagai salah satu cabang olahraga.
